Video: How to Subscribe?

All vendors will be required to subscribe to from the 1st of February 2021.

To subscribe, simply click 'Set up Subscription' on the Vendor Dashboard.

You must use the same email address that you set your account up with. This will be filled in, so please do not change as it will not attach to your account. Do not use google autofill as this will change it.

Please copy your Shop URL from your Vendor store and insert this when setting up your subscription.

Once you have reviewed the subscription terms and enter payment details, you will receive a message that payment is successful.

You will then be brought back to the Vendor Dashboard where you can view your Billing Account to show that your subscription has been successful.

Please note that payment for subscription will be taken immediately and then monthly thereafter.
