Shipping Times

Please ensure that you have entered delivery & processing times in your shipping settings.

Processing Times

Processing times can be set storewide and/or per product.

Storewide (all products) - Go to Dashboard/Shipping

Per Product (individual products) - Go to Dashboard/Products

You will be unable to save a product if your processing time is not set storewide or on the product.

Shipping Times

From the Shipping page you will now be asked to enter a minimum and maximum delivery time. E.g. An Post state in their policies that it takes approximately 1-5 days for delivery.

The platform will display an estimated delivery time based on the combined processing and shipping times entered.

Sellers should also include their approximate processing and delivery times in their delivery and shipping policies.
