Product Image Requirements

When you are uploading your product pictures, please ensure you have uploaded a Cover Image as this will be the thumbnail that customers will see. You can then add additional Gallery Images if you wish.

Please do not upload images that are large in size. Please resize your images. Normal images should be 1mb in size. Photos larger than 3mb cannot be uploaded.

The best size photo for customer viewing is 600x600px or any square size.

You must own the image, do not use stock images or images taken from other websites without permission.

Most customers are now browsing on their mobile phones, please put clear images that will be easy to see on small screens.

Products with no Cover Image will not be approved to go live on the site.

Photos of Product Variations: (e.g. colours, patterns) it is recommended that you add a main Product Cover Image. You can then add a product image for each of your variations (through the Attributes & Variations section) so that when the customer clicks on the variation (i.e. colour etc) an image will show for that specific variation.
