I have uploaded products but they are Pending Review? What does this mean?

New Vendors - Store not yet live

Products will remain pending until all of the steps sent to you in the welcome email have been completed.

Existing Vendors - Store already set live

Once you have added a new product, your product will automatically be saved as Pending Review. All products will be reviewed by Admin before being published on the live site.

We aim to publish pending products within 24 hours between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. Upload before 9am on a Friday to ensure publication before the weekend.

Once your products are published you will receive an automatic notification via email.
