If the order in your dashboard says Failed or Pending Payment: This means that the customer did not complete the payment of the order.
Do not process this order. The order will be marked accordingly, Processing or Failed, by a member of the Admin team on the next working day.
Reasons orders are pending or failed:
Insufficient funds
Incorrect 3 digits entered
SCA code not entered
Customer had last minute change of heart
Fraudulent card use
