Go to Products / Edit Product / Personalisations

• Name: Enter the name of the option available to the customer

• Personalisation Type: Change to checkbox.

• Additional Cost: Enter the additional cost of choosing this option.

• Required field: Prevents product from being added to the cart if an option is not selected. In the case of checkboxes, these are optional so do not enable as a required field.

• Add: Click to add this option to your product.

Example:

You would like the customer to agree that this product takes longer than normal to deliver e.g. 3 week processing time. This is a required field and the customer can not proceed with the order without agreeing.
