Important: Communication with Customers

It is imperative that customers are kept up to date with the status of their order at all times.

The site is set up with many different ways you can contact the customer, without having to contact them directly via email.

We would ask that all Vendors ensure that their customer is aware of the status of their order at all times, especially if there is a lead time on handmade products.

If you wish to send a message to the customer

Please make use of the 'order note' facility. If you feel like an order might be delayed or if you simply want to pass a note to the customer regarding their order, please use the customer note on the right hand side of the order screen. They will be sent an automatic email informing them of this note and the note will also be saved on your order screen for future reference.

This instructional video below will show you how to add a note and will show exactly what the customer receives when this note is sent.



When customers complete a purchase through they will have the choice to opt out of marketing emails. This marketing tab relates to marketing from directly.

Please do not send marketing emails to your customers from as they have not consented to this.
